Nugget Dipping Sauce Ingredients
I’ve popped all the quantities in the recipe card below, but let me just quickly go over each ingredient before we tuck in:
- Mayonnaise – Must be full-fat for the fullest, creamiest flavour. This makes the bulk of the dip, so use your favourite brand.
- Ketchup – Gives the sauce that lovely colour! It also fills out the flavour with a bit more body and gives it a nice ‘tang’.
- Worcestershire Sauce – Gives the dip some depth and a good hit of umami.
- Smoked Paprika – This is a must for a lovely smoky flavour that pairs perfectly with nuggets.
- Onion Powder – Rounds off the savoury flavour of the dip.
- Salt – Optional, just work to taste.
