- 120g / 1/2 cup full-fat Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt, or to taste
a) Mayonnaise - Definitely make sure it's full-fat for the fullest flavour; not light or dare I say EXTRA light (the horror). This makes the bulk of the sauce, so use a brand you like.
b) Resting - This dip tastes even better after resting. Even just 30 minutes does wonders!
c) Storage - This will certainly last at least 3-4 days tightly stored in the fridge (longer at your discretion).
d) Calories - Whole recipe divided by 5.
