Here I’ll share with you a collection of my best-ever dinners that are so good you’ll be asked to make them over and over again!

Welcome to Don’t Go Bacon My Heart! I’m Chris, and I’m so pleased you’re here 😁 You can learn a little more About Me, my journey and what to expect here at DGBMH, but for now, I’m excited to share with you 10 of my most loved dinners.
These are the kinds of dinners you’ll find yourself making again and again. They’re easy to make, don’t rely on fancy ingredients and, most importantly, they genuinely deliver. Big on flavour, low on effort and guaranteed to earn a place in your regular rotation.
If you’ve arrived here from my reel, the recipes in order of that video are: Creamy Paprika Chicken, Creamy Mustard Chicken, Caprese Chicken, Beef Orzo, Puff Pastry Tacos, Boursin Pork, Thai Cashew Chicken.
Spicy Chicken Pasta

This is one of those recipes that will always deliver. It’s a guaranteed ‘clean plates’ dinner!
Chilli Con Carne

This truly is the best chilli in the world. It’s perfect for batch-cooking, it uses simple ingredients, and the flavour is beyond divine.
Garlic Butter Chicken

This recipe only takes 30 minutes to make, and the sauce requires just 4-ingredients. It’s a no-brainer to put on this week’s menu!
Brown Sugar Pork Chops

If you thought you didn’t enjoy pork chops for dinner, think again. This sauce is practically drinkable!
One Pot Creamy Beef Pasta

The one-pot recipe that saves dinner every single time. It’s so good you’ll never get stopped asking to make it again.
Cottage Pie Baked Potatoes

Sure, cottage pie is great, but have you ever made them in potato form? This recipe is such a crowd pleaser!
Steak Pasta

This is one of those dinners that feels a little fancy, but honestly, it couldn’t be easier to make. The best part is that it only requires a handful of simple ingredients!
Sausage and Mash Pie

One of the comfiest comfort food recipes you’ll ever make. Just be prepared for everybody to dive back in for seconds!
Salmon Florentine

This is another one of those recipes that feels ‘special’ but couldn’t be easier and quicker to whip up!
Boursin Pork Tenderloin

Juicy pork drenched in a rich, 4-ingredient sauce that uses a whole block of Boursin cheese. Yes, this truly is as good as it sounds!
And there we have it! A collection of the best-ever dinner recipes. If you loved this Roundup be sure to Pin it for later! Made any of the recipes? Let me know how you got on in the comments.
