These truly are the tacos you never knew you needed!
‘What on earth are Caesaroni tacos?!’ I hear you cry. Essentially, they are pizza tacos, loaded with a simple Caesar salad and topped with crispy French fries. Not convinced? Follow me…

Pizza Tacos
I mean, let’s be frank here, pizza tacos are good enough, but when you combine them with all things Caesar, they just get even better. I don’t know about you, but pizza + Caesar salad is a common occurrence for me, so this combination just makes so much sense.
To make the base of these tacos, all you need to do is bake some small tortillas with pizza sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni. The pepperoni is important to create that lovely salty dynamic with the salad, so don’t skip it. You’ll only need to bake them until the cheese melts; don’t go overboard, otherwise the tortilla will be too crisp to fold.
Process shots: lay tortillas on baking tray (photo 1), spread with pizza sauce (photo 2), top with mozzarella and pepperoni (photo 3), bake (photo 4).

Caesar Tacos
For the Caesar part, it’s literally just romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing and shaved parmesan. When I originally tested these, I added croutons as well, but found them unnecessary given there are fries on top. Essentially, the fries are the croutons!
Process shots: add salad to tortilla (photos 1&2), add fries (photo 3), add more dressing (photo 4).

Serving Caesaroni Tacos
I like to finish by seasoning the fries with a pinch of salt, then coat them in an extra drizzle of dressing.
These are surprisingly hearty, so you most likely won’t need a Side!
Alrighty, let’s tuck into the full recipe for these Caesaroni tacos shall we?!
