1 heaped tbsp (approx 10)Fresh Chives, finely diced (or more to preference)
1small clove ofGarlic, grated/minced
1/2Lemon (juice of)
Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
Mix all of your ingredients in a suitably sized bowl until evenly combined. Cover and pop in the fridge for an hour or so to allow the flavours to develop and marry together. OR serve right away if you're peckish!
a) Garlic - make sure it's a really small clove. Raw garlic is fairly pungent and if it's too large, it'll overpower the chives. For preference I'd start off with half a clove and adjust accordingly.
