  • Small Pot
  • Measuring Spoons

  • 2 tsp Paprika (I used smoked, can use regular or half and half)
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (or more to preference)
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

  • Combine all the spices and store in a jar until needed.
  • To use as a fajita marinade, stir in the juice of 1 lime and 3 tbsp of olive oil. Combine with meat and marinade for at least 30mins.

a) How much to use? - This recipe will make 3 tbsp of seasoning, which is great for 500g/1lb of meat. To make this recipe in batch, simply slide the serving amount and the quantities will adjust accordingly.
b) Homemade Fajitas - Check out my Homemade Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas! This seasoning is also great for Chicken Quesadillas!
c) Can I use this mix for tacos? - For all intents and purposes you can, but there are small difference so do check out my Taco Seasoning.
