Homemade Fajita Seasoning
Nothing beats a Homemade Fajita Seasoning and it truly couldn't be easier to create. Add this seasoning mix to fajitas, quesadillas, and more!
Servings: 3 tbsp
- 2 tsp Paprika (I used smoked)
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (or more to preference)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Combine all the spices and in a jar until needed.
To use as a fajita marinade, stir in the juice of 1 lime and 3 tbsp of olive oil. Combine with meat and marinade for at least 30mins.
a) How much to use? - This recipe will make 3 tbsp of seasoning, which is great for 500g/1lb of meat. To make this recipe in batch, simply slide the serving amount and the quantities will adjust accordingly.
